Job Description: Graphic & Video Visual Designer (Multimedia Designer)
Location- On-site Noida 6 Days Working
Full Time Job 6 Days working 10am to 7pm

Key Role Requirement (Mandatory All-Rounder)
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: This is a dual-expert role. The ideal candidate MUST possess advanced professional skills in BOTH Graphic Design and Video Creation/Editing. Applications without a combined portfolio demonstrating expertise in both domains and their respective software will be automatically rejected.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Dual Content Creation: Independently handle the end-to-end execution of high-end static graphics as well as dynamic video content (Reels, Walkthroughs, and Promo videos).
- Video Production & Motion Graphics: Edit raw footages, sync high-quality background audio, and design sleek animations/text overlays to ensure a premium, cinematic feel.
- Brand & UI Layouts: Create minimalist marketing collaterals, elite corporate pitch decks, and visual interfaces (Web/App) strictly using our luxury palette (Deep Black, Gold, White).
- Fast Iterations: Deliver quick turnarounds on design and video modifications based on direct feedback from the founders.
Core Software & Technical Skills:
Candidate must have expert-level hands-on experience in the following industry-standard software:
- For Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- For Graphic Design & UI: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
Mandatory Terms & Work Culture:
- Onsite Work Only: This is a strictly 100% Onsite / In-Office role. Remote, freelance, or hybrid work models are not available.
- Office Address: LuxeVenue.ai, Registered Office, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with operational flexibility required during product launches or critical event cycles.
- Background Verification: Candidate must submit all legitimate professional onboarding documents, including previous company salary slips and a relieving/behavior letter at the time of joining.
Experience Required:
- 2–4 years of active experience as a multimedia professional. Experience in the Event Industry or Luxury brands is a massive advantage.
- A live, accessible portfolio link showcasing both premium graphic layouts and high-impact video edits is mandatory.
