Job Description: Multimedia & Visual Designer (AI + Video + Graphics)

Role Objective
We are looking for a creative and versatile Visual Designer who can handle the complete end-to-end visual content ecosystem for India’s premium AI-driven venue portal. This is a mid-range, high-impact role requiring a hybrid skillset across Graphic Design, Video Editing, AI Video Generation, and Social Media curation. You must possess a keen eye for premium aesthetics, understanding how to appeal to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate luxury segments without losing startup agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Luxury Branding & Graphics: Design elite-class digital brochures, sales decks, onboarding pitch presentations (using our signature black & gold luxury theme), and marketing banners.
- Video Editing & Production: Edit high-quality Reels, YouTube shorts, promotional brand videos, and event showreels with smooth transitions and premium sound design.
- AI Video Engineering: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to generate high-fidelity promotional content, virtual venue hype videos, and automated visual assets.
- Social Media Aesthetic Management: Maintain the overall visual grid, layout, and "premium look-and-feel" of Luxe Venue's social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Onboarding Collaterals: Work closely with the vendor sales team to design customized storefront layouts and mockups for premium artists and venues.
Requirements & Key Skills
- Technical Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent high-end editing software.
- AI Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with generative AI video/image platforms (e.g., Mi journey, Runway, Sora, Pika, or similar advanced frameworks).
- The Luxury Lens: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, corporate, and minimalist typography. You must understand the difference between local/loud designs and sophisticated, subtle HNI-centric content.
- Work Drive: Agile startup mindset, capable of managing quick turnarounds during project onboarding or marketing cycles (6-day work week model).

- Mid-Range & Hungry: Ideal for a mid-level professional with 2–4 years of robust agency or product-tech background looking to lead visual aesthetics for a premium startup.
- Portfolio-First: Candidates must share a portfolio containing at least 5 graphic samples (pitch decks/brochures) and 3 video samples (including any AI-generated work).
