We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to help build and evolve Lovedwell’s visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and evolve Lovedwell’s visual language across website, campaign drops, product launches, and print.
- Translate briefs into strong concepts, mood boards, and clear creative directions.
- Support and execute key launch moments across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Design high-quality digital and print assets including Meta ads, emailers, packaging, inserts, catalogues, and brand collaterals.
- Create simple motion-led creatives and animated assets using After Effects (text motion, product reveals, basic transitions).
- Ensure every output feels cohesive, elevated, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Explore AI and emerging tools to improve creative efficiency while maintaining craft.
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to timelines and detail.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or digital art direction.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful layouts and campaign-led thinking.
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual rhythm.
- Ability to think beyond isolated creatives and contribute to narrative-led campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Basic working knowledge of After Effects for motion-led creatives.
- Strong execution skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Culturally aware, aesthetically sensitive, and genuinely passionate about art, interiors, and design.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-growing brand environment.
