This role offers the opportunity to shape visually compelling, user-centered digital experiences within agile, cross-functional product teams. You will contribute to the creation of intuitive and accessible interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with researchers, product managers, and engineers, you will translate complex problems into clean and effective visual solutions. Accountabilities
- Create visually engaging, accessible, and user-centered designs that enhance usability and strengthen product identity across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on design solutions based on user research, feedback, and usability testing.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications, maintaining quality, accessibility, and visual consistency.
- Participate actively in design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and ideation processes to contribute to UI and visual direction.
- Translate complex user and business problems into clear, elegant, and effective visual design solutions.
- Support the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of visual design principles including typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and accessibility standards.
- Experience designing for digital products across web and mobile platforms, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Strong collaborative mindset and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly, including the rationale and business impact behind visual choices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex requirements into clean visual interfaces.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of aesthetics, usability, and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
