We’re hiring a Visual Designer (remote) at Immigration Advisers New Zealand Ltd (IANZ).
We’re looking for someone who can create engaging social media creatives and videos that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of design principles and current design trends
• Good knowledge of social media formats, dimensions, and platform requirements
• Basic video editing skills for social media content, especially reels and short-form videos
• Ability to understand business requirements and transform complex information into meaningful visual content
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to improve workflow and productivity
• Candidates must be based in India — this is a fully remote role
Job Summary
As a Creative & Video Editor, you will work remotely with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality content for social media, brand campaigns, events, and corporate communication. You should be comfortable working independently, handling multiple projects, and adapting content for different platforms.
Experience Required
2–5 years of experience in design and video editing. Prior experience creating content for social media, marketing campaigns, or brand communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and edit high-quality creatives and videos for social media, ads, events, and campaigns
• Create reels, shorts, promos, testimonials, and corporate videos
• Collaborate remotely with creative and marketing teams on concepts and briefs
• Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, music, and sound effects
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication
• Optimise content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual flow
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of current design trends
• Proficiency in Canva is a must
