We are looking to add a creative professional to our team - someone who can expertly straddle the distinct visual and strategic identities of both a venerable institution and a fast-paced platform. Our team sits at the intersection of capital, insights, and impact.
About the Network:

- Elevar Equity: A pioneer in the commercial approach to impact investing, Elevar backs seasoned entrepreneurs building large-scale, enduring businesses focused on EH.
- EPIC World: A fast-moving platform acting as the primary custodian and voice for the EH brand narrative, focused on deep insights and ecosystem influence.
What you’ll do
As the creative force for our network (Elevar Equity & EPIC World), you will bridge the gap between strategic impact and brand storytelling.
- Design Mastery: Create high-fidelity visuals for pitch decks, impact reports, social media, and original illustrations.
- Brand Strategy: Maintain visual identity across the network, ensuring leadership voices resonate within the ecosystem.
- Operations: Manage external vendors (web/print) from brief to final quality control.
- Collaboration: Work alongside Investment and GTM teams to translate complex data into world-class design.
Who we’re looking for
We need a nimble generalist with 1–4 years of experience who can balance legacy brand standards with the speed of a startup platform.
- Skill Set: Proficient in Figma and Canva; comfortable in Google/Slack ecosystems.
- AI-Forward: Eager to use tools like Gemini to optimize workflows.
- Mindset: A proactive, values-driven professional who thrives on trust and agility.
- Bonus: Experience in copywriting or social media distribution systems is a plus.
