Role Summary
We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our Marketing team and help elevate the Billennium brand through compelling, user-centered, and strategically aligned visual experiences.
In this role, you will translate our brand strategy into impactful digital and campaign-driven creative assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually engaging materials that strengthen brand recognition, support marketing initiatives, and drive business outcomes. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong creative thinking with a strategic mindset and understands how design contributes to marketing performance and brand perception.
What You Will Do
- Own and evolve the visual expression of the Billennium brand across digital channels and marketing materials.
- Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and brand initiatives.
- Translate messaging and value propositions into compelling visual narratives.
- Create high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials, including presentations and slide decks.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Delivery, and Employee Experience teams.
- Maintain and develop brand guidelines, design systems, and visual standards.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality design across all brand touchpoints.
Requirements
Basic qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in B2B, technology, digital, or agency environments.
- Proven experience designing digital marketing assets and brand-driven creative.
- Strong skills in typography, composition, color theory, and layout.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and digital user behavior.
- Ability to translate marketing goals into effective visual communication.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- A strong, curated portfolio is required.
Nice to have:
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
- Experience working with data-informed or performance-driven creative.
- Background in building or maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
- Experience working in international or cross-functional teams.
