We’re looking for someone who can create and edit social media content with strong visual and UX understanding.
This role is a mix of:
- Video editing
- Design sense
- And understanding how users consume content
What you’ll do:
- Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Ensure content is visually clean, structured, and easy to consume
- Apply design principles (spacing, hierarchy, typography, layout)
- Improve video flow, pacing, and storytelling
- Work on first-frame, thumbnails, and visual hooks
- Add subtitles, transitions, and motion elements
- Suggest improvements based on user experience and engagement
What we’re looking for:
- Strong visual/design sense (not just editing skills)
- Understanding of UI/UX basics (readability, layout, user attention)
- Active social media user who understands content behavior
- Good sense of storytelling and pacing
- Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut / AE etc.)
- Basic knowledge of graphics / layout / typography
Important:
This is not a pure video editor role.
