We are looking for a Visual Content Designer who can own end-to-end visual execution — from static creatives to video content — using both design skills and AI tools.
This role goes beyond traditional design. You will be responsible for creating high-performing visual content that drives engagement, leads, and brand recall.
Key Responsibilities
- Create ad creatives, social media posts, and branding assets
Design for:
- Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google)
Video Content Creation
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
Add:
Captions, transitions, hooks, effects
Repurpose long content into multiple short videos
AI-Powered Content Creation
Use AI tools to:
Generate creative concepts
Design faster and at scale
Tools may include:
- Midjourney / DALL·E / Firefly
- Canva AI
- ChatGPT
- Runway / CapCut AI
- Performance-Focused Execution
- Create scroll-stopping creatives
Work with the marketing team to:
- Improve CTR, engagement, conversions
- Generate multiple variations for A/B testing
Content Repurposing & Speed

Mandatory Skills
Strong skills in:
- Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
- Video editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Pro)
Understanding of:
- Social media content formats

- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content/design
Ability to:
