Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Content Designer based in Delhi, India. The Visual Content Designer will be responsible for crafting engaging content designs, implementing content strategies, and managing content across various platforms. Daily tasks include conducting research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating ideas effectively to align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Content Design and Content Strategy.
- Strong skills in Communication and Research to collaborate and refine creative outputs.
- Experience with Content Management for effective organization and delivery.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software is beneficial.
- Prior experience in working within AI or innovation-driven companies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Video editing skills in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut / VN
- Understanding of Reels & Short-form video structure
- Knowledge of Gen-Z content trends
- Ability to create engaging motion text

- Basic understanding of social media algorithms
- Fast execution and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Motion graphics skills
