About the role
We’re looking for a highly creative Visual Content Creator who can bring the Ethnic Elements brand to life through compelling visual storytelling.
This role combines video creation, reel production, and graphic design to create engaging digital content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Brand Creative Lead to execute the brand’s creative vision and produce content that drives engagement, storytelling, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes content
• Capture lifestyle, product, and campaign visuals during photoshoots
• Create visually engaging content for Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
Graphic Design
• Design social media creatives, carousel posts, and campaign graphics
• Create Instagram story templates, highlights, and promotional visuals
• Maintain visual consistency with the brand’s aesthetic and identity
Creative Collaboration
• Work with the Brand Creative Lead to execute campaign concepts and content ideas
• Assist in photoshoot planning including mood boards and shot lists
• Experiment with new formats and trends to increase engagement
Required Skills
• Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma)
• Understanding of Instagram and short-form content trends
• Good photography and basic lighting skills
Preferred Experience
• 2–4 years in content creation, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
• Experience working with fashion or lifestyle products
• Strong visual storytelling and aesthetic sense
