Work Arrangement: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM, Monday - Saturday, Onsite - Bengaluru
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in a Relative Field.
Work Experience: 3-5 Years in a similar role.

Role Summary
We seek a Visual Communication Designer with experience in creating captivating design and video for social media campaigns, marketing collateral, and more. The ideal candidate is not merely an artist, but a thoughtful communicator; able to translate the depth of Aashwasan’s offerings into meaningful, accessible content that speaks to the heart and mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate and create engaging visual content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, videos, and campaigns.
- Create visually appealing multimedia content (graphics, reels, short videos, infographics, etc.) to support digital marketing efforts.
- Create effective sales and marketing collaterals (decks, brochures, white papers, case studies, etc.) to support revenue-generation and outbound marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, and main stakeholders to align content with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Creative thinker with attention to detail, adaptability, and openness to feedback
- Proven experience as a content creator or a similar visual role
- Strong command of English editing, writing, and storytelling
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X) and current content trends
- Working knowledge of AI tools and digital content platforms
- Proficiency in Google Workspace for collaboration and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with conscious brands, wellness, or impact-driven sectors (preferred)
