DESIGN & Art DIRECTION
Position: Visual Communication Designer
Location:Udyog Vihar Phase 5,Gurgaon, Haryana(Onsite)
Work mode: Mon – Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off)

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who works at the intersection of culture and design — someone
who can translate brand visions into premium, intentional visual identities while keeping them
contemporary, relevant, and visually compelling across digital and brand touchpoints.
SCOPE OF WORK
Brand identity Campaigns Digital & UI
visual language. Digital, print, social. Web, motion
WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
- Collaborating with teams on visual identity and branding projects
- Built consistent and visually appealing brand design systems
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives
- Produce premium graphic assets across all touchpoints like Social Media, Website, Ads etc.
- Work on basic video editing, including reels and campaign ads etc
- Creating engaging visuals for performance ads across digital platforms
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3–5 years in visual design, brand, or art direction
- Exceptional graphic designing skills
- Deep understanding of brand vision & premium positioning
- Experience building visual identity systems from scratch
- Fluency in culture — fashion, art, creative world
- Comfortable taking a concept from brief to execution
- Strong portfolio across brands.
TOOLS & SKILLS
After Effects Adobe CC Adobe Premiere Pro Graphic design Art direction Visual systems Campaign design. Social content Motion design
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with fashion, or retail-Lifestyle brands
- Motion or 3D skills (Brownie Point)
