THE ROLE
Grafico Labs is a Mumbai-based design studio crafting identities, experiences, and narratives across spaces, screens, and surfaces.
We’re looking for a Visual Communication Designer who blends art, culture, and digital instinct — someone who treats every brief like a story waiting to unfold.

— Creative Direction
— Build brand identities & visual systems
— Art Curation
— Concept storytelling-led content across platforms
— Research references & emerging aesthetics
— Work on print, publications & event collaterals
— Collaborate on experiential branding

— A visual-first thinker
— A doomscroller with taste (your FYP = research)
— A storyteller who thinks in mood, rhythm, and narrative
— Deeply into art, culture, and spatial design
— Research-driven, detail-obsessed
— Comfortable with AI as a creative tool
