Role OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned VFX Artist with a passion for teaching to inspire the next generation of digital creators. This role is designed for professionals who can seamlessly bridge industry-standard production pipelines with classroom learning, delivering immersive, hands-on training.
You will play a key role in shaping students into industry-ready artists, equipped to work across film, episodic content, and high-end advertising.

- Dynamics & Particle Systems
- Compositing workflows
- End-to-end 3D production pipelines
📘 Curriculum Development
- Continuously evolve course content in line with industry trends
- Integrate Virtual Production and AI-assisted VFX workflows
👥 Mentorship
- Guide students in showreel development and portfolio building
- Provide constructive, industry-relevant feedback
📊 Assessment & Feedback
- Evaluate student work using structured rubrics
- Benchmark progress against real-world production standards
🤝 Industry Alignment
- Collaborate with academic leadership to align curriculum with studio expectations
