Our work spans 15+ photography domains, including fashion, portraits, commercial photography, pre-wedding photography, product and jewellery photography, and fine art photography.
Alongside our photography practice, we also produce feature films and run academy-style training programs in photography and filmmaking.

Our StudioWe are currently launching a 4000 sq ft high-end creative studio space in Bangalore, designed for premium visual storytelling:
• 3000 sq ft professional studio space (2nd floor)
• 1000 sq ft rooftop creative studio (3rd floor)

Role: Visual Artist – Image Retouching & Creative ConceptsThis role is designed for artists who think visually before they execute.
We are looking for someone who can develop strong creative concepts for shoots and then bring them to life through high-end image retouching and visual design.
You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our work, across fashion, product, food, jewellery, and commercial photography.
Primary Responsibility – Creative Concepts & Visualization• Develop creative concepts for photoshoots across multiple domains
• Create mood boards, references, and visual directions
• Contribute to styling, lighting ideas, and shoot aesthetics
• Collaborate closely with fashion photographers, directors, and art directors
• Translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling
• Participate in pre-shoot planning and creative discussions
Secondary Responsibility – Image Retouching & Post Work• High-end image retouching using Photoshop & Lightroom
• Skin retouching, color grading, compositing, and visual enhancement
• Maintain premium output quality across all client deliverables
• Work across fashion, product, jewellery, food, and portrait photography
• Ensure consistency in visual style and finishing
Additional Creative Responsibilities• Design and develop:
– Coffee Table Books
– Studio Magazines & Editorial Layouts
– Visual assets for branding and marketing
• Contribute to building the overall visual language of the studio
Requirements• Strong portfolio showcasing both creative thinking and retouching work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color, composition, and storytelling
• Ability to think in visual concepts, not just execution
• Experience in fashion, product, or commercial photography workflows preferred
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
• Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced studio environment
Salary & Growth Opportunity💰 Starting Salary: INR 4 to 6 Lakhs Per Annum (based on skill and portfolio)
