Role: Visiting Faculty – HR & Management
Location: Ajeenkya DY Patil University, DY Patil Knowledge City Charoli Bk, Via Lohegaon, Pune – 412105
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures on HR and Management subjects as per the curriculum
- Prepare session plans, study material, and assignments
- Engage and mentor students through interactive teaching methods
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate practical insights into sessions
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Industry experience in HR/Management will be an added advantage
Mode: Online, 2-3 days in the campus Mon-Fri (flexible campus timings)
Engagement Type: Visiting/Part-time
