Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Visiting Faculty - Psychology based in Kolkata. The faculty member will be responsible for leading lectures, seminars, and discussions that inspire and engage students. Daily responsibilities include developing and updating curriculum, conducting innovative academic research, and contributing to a dynamic intellectual environment. Active involvement in academic events and mentoring students to achieve their full potential is also expected.

Qualifications

• A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge in Psychology, with the ability to teach both foundational and advanced concepts.
• Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to create innovative and student-centered learning materials.
• Proven expertise in University Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to engage and inspire learners effectively.
• Competence in conducting Research to contribute to the academic community and enhance the curriculum.
• Possess excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor students and collaborate with colleagues.
• Familiarity with contemporary educational technologies is a plus.
• Classes will be conducted on the Weekends.
