<strong>Hands-On ADL Support</strong> – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.<br><br>

<strong>Home Environment & Infection Control</strong> – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Medication & Symptom Monitoring</strong> – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Therapeutic Engagement</strong> – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Accurate Documentation</strong> – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.<br><br>
