Lead - Leasing (Industrial)
Experience: 11yrs to 16yrs
Location: Corp office, Gurgaon

Reporting to Head – Sales & Marketing
 

Overall purpose and objective of this position


Build in-house leasing capabilities, create a strategic leasing plan, market leasehold assets, and generate rental income by leasing Industrial built-up space / land ,retail, office, commercial, and institutional.

Responsibilities
 

  1. Leasing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic leasing plan to maximize occupancy and rental income for retail, office, commercial, and institutional and Industrial assets.

    2. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, target, and engage potential tenants to drive leasing activity, ensuring high conversion rates from inquiries to finalized agreements. Conduct market research to understand trends, evaluate competitors, and strategically position MET City’s leasehold assets to attract premium tenants.

    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

    Coordination & Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of leasing agreements, adhering to all regulatory requirements.

    Performance Reporting: Monitor and report leasing performance metrics, including rental income, occupancy rates, and pipeline development, while providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    7. Qualification required for this position
    A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Sales or Real Estate Management is preferred.

  2. Experience required for this position
    • 12–15 years of experience in leasing or real estate business development, with a proven track record of leasing retail, office, commercial, or institutional assets.

  3. • Strong understanding of the local and regional real estate market, including tenant preferences, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing client relationships and negotiating complex leasing agreements.
