Seeking experienced HVAC Sales Engineer with 3-6 years of successful HVAC sales experience and strong client relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Acquire new commercial, industrial, and institutional projects and accounts by cultivating relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies
- Client Management: Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and generate repeat business.
- Lead Generation: Develop sales leads, qualify prospects, and conduct sales calls to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Technical Expertise: Perform heat load calculations for HVAC system requirements, offer consultative sales solutions tailored to each customer, and suggest energy-saving solutions like Energy Efficient EC Fan.
- Project Support: Conduct site surveys, estimate project costs, and prepare comprehensive proposals to effectively communicate project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects adhere to current codes and regulations, collaborate with engineering support when necessary, and oversee the preparation of permit drawings.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose, and close contracts at competitive margins to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Project Handover: Assist project teams after sale for smooth transitions, meeting project scope, margins, and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with HVAC systems and equipment such as VRV, VRF and Chill Water System
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
- Familiarity with energy conservation principles
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
