<div>Vision Life is currently seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Glendale. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and skilled individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Provide direct care and supervision to clients in a home/community setting</li>
<li>Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation</li>
<li>Support clients in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence</li>
<li>Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities accurately</li>
<li>Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Substantial experience as a Direct Support Professional (preferred)</li>
<li>Male and female candidates encouraged to apply (specific client needs)</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to pass background check</li>
</ul><div>Schedule:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Approximately 24 hours per week</li>
<li>Flexible scheduling may be required based on client needs</li>
