</div><div>Job Description:<br>Vision Life is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in an on-call capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and quality of life.<br><br>
</div><div>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Provide direct care and support to clients in their homes and community settings</li>
<li>Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks</li>
<li>Support clients in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence</li>
<li>Follow individualized care plans (IPP/ISP)</li>
<li>Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment</li>
</ul><div>Requirements:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Must be available <strong>on short notice</strong>, including <strong>weekdays and weekends</strong>
</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules</li>
<li>Previous experience in caregiving or DSP role is a plus, but not required</li>
