<strong>Job Description:</strong><br> Vision Life is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in an on-call capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and quality of life.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Provide direct care and support to clients in their homes and community settings </li>
<li> Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks </li>
<li> Support clients in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence </li>
<li> Follow individualized care plans (IPP/ISP) </li>
<li> Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Requirements:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Must be available <strong>on short notice</strong>, including <strong>weekdays and weekends</strong>
</li>
<li> Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred </li>
<li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li>
<li> Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules </li>
<li> Previous experience in caregiving or DSP role is a plus, but not required </li>
