🚨 Hiring: Visier Administrator / Visier Security Expert (Contract Role – Manpower)
We are actively looking for a highly skilled Visier Administrator / Security Expert who can take complete ownership of Visier-related activities aligned with an ongoing Workday Optimization program. This is a critical and high-impact role, requiring strong hands-on expertise in Visier, especially around security configuration and integration with Workday.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
⚡ Immediate joiners strongly preferred
🔹 Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing the existing Visier environment, understanding the impact of Workday Optimization changes, and implementing required updates in the Visier security model. This role will also play a key part in supporting go-live and post go-live (hypercare) activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review and analyze the current Visier security model, including roles, permissions, and data access structures
✔ Evaluate Workday–Visier integrations and ensure data alignment
✔ Analyze impact of Workday Optimization changes affecting ~18 security groups and ~40 roles
✔ Identify gaps, risks, and required modifications in Visier
✔ Implement necessary security changes, fixes, and enhancements in Visier
✔ Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and seamless access control post changes
✔ Provide go-live support and actively handle issues during hypercare phase
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve Visier-related issues in a timely manner
✔ Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Workday teams for alignment
✔ Recommend best practices for Visier governance and security optimization
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Strong hands-on experience as a Visier Administrator / Consultant
✅ Proven expertise in Visier security model, access controls, and configurations
✅ Experience working with Workday–Visier integration
✅ Good understanding of HR data, roles, and security frameworks
✅ Experience supporting go-live and hypercare phases
✅ Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end ownership
🔹 Good to Have:
➕ Experience in Workday Optimization / transformation projects
➕ Exposure to HR analytics and reporting tools
➕ Experience working with global stakeholders
