As a Sr. Frontend Developer, you will lead the development of our user-facing applications, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. This role requires expertise in building responsive and performant web applications, a deep understanding of frontend frameworks, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular. Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs. Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable and maintainable Frontend architecture. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to gather and implement requirements. Quality Assurance: Write clean, modular, and reusable code. Conduct code reviews, adhere to best practices, and help establish Frontend coding standards. Performance & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve performance issues, optimizing for speed, responsiveness, and a smooth user experience. Mentorship: Guide junior developers on best practices and foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Angular (preferably Angular 8 or later). Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS. Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries (e.g., NgRx). Strong understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles. Experience working with design systems to ensure consistency and usability. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and debugging tools for Frontend applications. Ability to analyze requirements and offer creative, technically sound solutions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
