We Are Hiring | Visa Consultant Trainee – Sales & Processing
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who want to build a career in the visa consultancy industry.
Selected candidates will be given 1 to 3 months of training in:
- Visa sales and client handling
- Documentation and processing
- Application filing and tracking
- Visa handling for Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia
What the trainee will learn:
- Understanding visa categories and eligibility
- Handling client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Explaining visa requirements, timelines, and documentation
- Lead follow-up and client conversion basics
- Preparing checklists, forms, and visa files
- Documentation review and submission process
- Coordination with embassies, VFS, and relevant authorities
- Application tracking and client updates
- Professional client communication and service standards
Who can apply:
- Freshers looking to start a career in visa consultancy, immigration, or travel services
- Candidates with good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Individuals who are confident, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Candidates who are willing to undergo intensive practical training
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email drafting, and document handling will be preferred
