📌 Job Overview
AUSSIZZ Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Administrator to join our Ahmedabad office. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing visa documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with immigration policies.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end visa applications and related documentation
- Coordinate with clients to collect, verify, and process required documents
- Ensure compliance with immigration rules, policies, and timelines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
- Stay updated with global immigration laws and procedural changes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth processing
- Provide timely updates and support to clients throughout the visa process
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical and research skills to interpret immigration requirements
- Basic knowledge of visa processes and immigration systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in visa processing, migration, or administration is an added advantage
📍 Location Preference
- This is a strictly on-site role
- Ahmedabad-based candidates will be preferred
