Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Officer (Europe) located in Kochi. The Visa Officer will manage the documentation processes related to visas, provide expert guidance on immigration regulations, and support clients in ensuring a smooth visa application experience. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving client issues related to visa and immigration processes. Additionally, the Visa Officer will liaise with different stakeholders to ensure compliance with visa requirements and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Visas and Immigration Issues
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive client documentation
- Previous experience in visa consultation or immigration services is an advantage
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
