YES Germany is seeking a proactive and experienced Visa Manager who will be responsible for managing and streamlining the visa application process for students applying to German universities. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of study visa requirements and embassy procedures, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Guide students through the entire visa application process for Germany.
● Supervise and guide the visa processing team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to timelines.
● Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide ongoing training and support to the team.
● Stay up to date with the latest German visa regulations, embassy guidelines, and policy changes.
● Coordinate with the admissions and counselling teams to maintain a smooth visa process timeline.
● Handle escalations and provide expert support to resolve any visa-related issues.
● Track visa application progress and maintain accurate records of all applicants.
● Organize visa orientation sessions for students.
● Conduct visa training/orientation sessions for students and internal teams.
● Track and report team productivity, visa application status, and weekly progress to management
● Assist in the development of visa SOPs and training modules for internal staff.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
● Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Visa Filing
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
