Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Immigration Consultant (Sales) based in Delhi, India. The Visa Immigration Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients on immigration requirements, addressing their inquiries, and offering tailored advice. The role includes handling customer queries, conducting assessments to determine visa eligibility, and guiding clients through various immigration processes. Consultants will also manage end-to-end visa applications, stay updated on immigration policies, and assist in achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues, Global Immigration, and related processes
- Experience in handling visas and proficiency in offering immigration consulting services
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to immigration policies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and deliver excellent client service
- Proven sales experience, preferably in immigration or consulting services
- A bachelor's degree in any field is an asset
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
