Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Immigration Admin role based in Ahmedabad. The Visa Immigration Admin will support migration agents and consultants by preparing, organizing, and reviewing visa application documents, maintaining accurate client records, and managing case files. The role involves coordinating with clients to collect required information, clarifying documentation needs, scheduling appointments, and tracking application progress. The Visa Immigration Admin will also assist in updating internal systems with the latest immigration requirements, respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Collaboration with team members to improve administrative processes and support a high-quality client experience is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Understanding of immigration issues and practical experience handling visa-related documentation and case queries.
- Knowledge of immigration policy and basic law principles relevant to visa processing and compliance.
- Familiarity with global immigration systems and procedures for various visa categories.
- Specialized awareness of different visa types and their eligibility criteria.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM or case-management software; ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in immigration or legal administration is beneficial.
