Are you an experienced visa filing professional with a strong understanding of student visa processes?
Yash Global Consultants is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer (Student Visa) to join our growing team and handle end-to-end application processing with accuracy and efficiency.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle complete student visa filing processes for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, etc.
✅ Review and prepare visa documentation in accordance with embassy and immigration requirements
✅ Ensure accuracy and completeness of application files before submission
✅ Coordinate with clients for document
collection, SOPs, and financials
✅ Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients
✅ Maintain proper records and case documentation
✅ Stay updated with latest immigration rules, policies, and visa guidelines

✔ 2–3 years of hands-on experience in student visa filing
✔ Strong knowledge of documentation and visa processes
✔ Excellent communication and client handling skills
✔ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Ability to manage multiple applications efficiently
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation tools
