Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Executive, located in Gurugram. The Visa Executive will handle end-to-end visa processing for clients, including document verification, application preparation, form filling, and submission to respective embassies or consulates. Responsibilities include staying updated on visa requirements and policies, providing accurate advice to clients, coordinating with travel agents or clients regarding status updates, resolving related queries, and ensuring all procedures comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in visa processes, document verification, and handling visa applications.
- Knowledge of international visa rules, regulations, and embassy or consulate procedures.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide clients and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring legal and accurate processing of documentation.
- Proficiency in using office software tools such as Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
- Problem-solving skills to handle client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in the travel industry or visa-related services is a plus.
