Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Documentation Specialist located in Kottayam or Kochi. The role involves preparing and reviewing visa-related documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to gather necessary documents, providing advice on visa requirements, and preparing technical and legal documentation as needed. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clinical Documentation, Documentation, and Technical Documentation
- Strong Analytical Skills to review and assess client requirements and documents effectively
- Expertise in Technical Writing for creating detailed and accurate visa-related materials
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with visa and immigration regulations is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree and two years of work experience
