Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Visa Counselor. The Visa Counselor will guide clients through the visa application process, assess their eligibility, provide documentation assistance, and ensure compliance with visa regulations. Additional responsibilities include providing up-to-date information on immigration policies, offering consultation on education programs abroad, and maintaining accurate client records while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client counseling, guidance, and consultation
- Strong knowledge of visa application processes and immigration policies
- Detail-oriented with skills in document verification and compliance assessment
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle client relationships with professionalism and empathy
- Experience in education consultancy or immigration services is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
