Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students and clients through visa application processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and others
• Assist in documentation preparation, verification, and compliance requirements
• Track application statuses and maintain accurate records
• Counsel students and families professionally regarding visa procedures and requirements
• Handle refusal cases effectively with a solutions-oriented approach
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and client satisfaction
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of visa processes, documentation, and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Knowledge of global education systems and institutions is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
• Prior experience in visa counseling or education consultancy preferred
• Graduate in any field (background in international education or immigration services is advantageous)
