We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Counselor specializing in UK study abroad applications. The ideal candidate will guide students through the visa process, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding UK student visa requirements and procedures
- Assist in preparing and reviewing visa documentation (CAS, SOP, financials, etc.)
- Ensure timely submission of visa applications
- Stay updated with UK visa rules, immigration policies, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing
- Handle visa refusals and re-application cases effectively
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all cases
- Provide accurate guidance to students and parents regarding visa queries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UK student visa counseling
- Strong knowledge of UK visa processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously
- Familiarity with visa portals and application systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with study abroad consultancies
- Knowledge of university admission processes for the UK
- Strong problem-solving skills
