Role Overview
- A Visa Counselor assists clients through the visa application process while actively selling immigration services
- This sales-oriented role combines expert immigration consulting with revenue generation to convert leads into paying clients
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Proactively follow up on leads from social media, website inquiries, and referrals to drive pipeline growth
- Contact prospects and identify new sales opportunities to expand the client base
- Conduct consultations (phone/in-person) to assess client profiles and suggest appropriate visa categories
- Close deals by persuading clients of your firm's value and securing signed contracts plus service fees
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue KPIs consistently as the primary performance metric
