Role Description
As a Study Visa Counsellor(sales), you will guide clients through the visa application process, including study, work, and tourist visas. Your day-to-day tasks will include evaluating client profiles, providing personalized advice, preparing and reviewing visa documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedural requirements. You will also regularly interact with clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. This is a full-time on-site role located in South Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of study Visa Counselling
- Proficiency in client consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to review and ensure the accuracy of documents
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and computerized systems for maintaining client records
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with immigration policies and regulations is a plus
- Experience in the immigration or education consultancy industry is highly desirable
- A bachelor’s degree in any field; additional specialization in immigration or international education services is beneficial
