Role Description
The Visa Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Sector 34A Chandigarh. Responsibilities include providing expert guidance in visa application processes, assessing documentation for visa eligibility, assisting clients in preparing complete and accurate submissions, and ensuring compliance with immigration policies. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, communicating with authorities or embassies, and providing excellent client support to enhance satisfaction.
Pay Scale: 20,000-30,000 per month
Qualifications
- Proficiency in visa processing, immigration policies, and documentation requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills
- Ability to conduct detailed research and provide accurate guidance
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Experience in counseling or a related field is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification
