Role Description
We are looking for a Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in overseas education counselling and be able to guide students through course selection, university admissions, and student visa applications. Knowledge of Visitor Visas and Dependent Visas will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel students on overseas education opportunities.
* Assist with university admissions and student visa applications.
* Handle documentation, SOPs, and application processing.
* Guide clients on visitor and dependent visa requirements.
* Follow up with prospective students and maintain CRM records.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
Requirements
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in overseas education.
* Knowledge of Australia, Canada, UK, or other study destinations.
* Good understanding of student, visitor, and dependent visas.
* Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
