Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Visa Counsellor. Responsibilities include providing guidance and counselling to clients regarding study visas, work permits, and permanent residency applications for various countries. The Visa Counsellor will manage the end-to-end process for visa applications, conduct follow-ups with clients, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedures. Additional duties include coordinating with relevant authorities, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring transparency throughout the application process.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes, including study visas, work permits, and permanent residency for countries like Canada, the UK, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping
- Excellent communication, counselling, and client relationship management skills
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with visa policies and regulations is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in any field; preference may be given to candidates with experience in immigration or consultancy
