We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through their visa application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and submitted on time.
As a Visa Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships through effective communication, insightful sharing of information, and coordination with both the clients and operations teams. Your responsibilities will encompass engaging with clients through various channels, analyzing client needs, and ensuring seamless coordination to drive overall client satisfaction.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients via chat, and other communication channels to address inquiries, provide information, and maintain a positive client experience.
Insights Sharing: Share relevant insights, and industry news and Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and materials for effective client communication.
Analysis and Reporting: Analyze client interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to streamline communication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end visa application processing for clients
- Provide consultation on visa visa types, eligibility and procedures.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized records of applications and case progress
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in visa processing, consultancy or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards continuous learning
