Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Visa Consultant based in Kozhikode. The Visa Consultant will handle all aspects of visa processing, including providing guidance on immigration matters, assisting clients with visa applications, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. The role involves offering consultation services, resolving visa-related queries, and maintaining accurate documentation and records for clients while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Visas, including policies, requirements, and procedures
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, immigration authorities, and team members
- Experience in Consulting with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Familiarity with Immigration processes and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple visa applications
- A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in local languages, additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in visa consulting or the travel industry will be advantageous
