Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Visa Consultant, based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Visa Consultant will handle immigration-related tasks, assist clients with visa processing, and provide expert consulting services. Day-to-day responsibilities include staying updated on immigration policies, addressing visa inquiries, guiding clients through application processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves effective communication with clients, government bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Immigration Issues and Visa procedures of various countries
- Experience in Consulting, supported by excellent problem-solving and advisory skills
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of immigration policies and ability to navigate legal and regulatory frameworks
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Prior experience in the travel, immigration, or consultancy industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and immigration management tools is beneficial
