Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in Trivandrum. The Visa Consultant will assist clients with visa requirements and immigration processes, provide consultations related to immigration issues, and ensure accurate documentation and submission of applications. The role will also involve maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, offering guidance throughout the visa application process, and staying updated on changes in visa regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Immigration Issues and Visas, including assisting with preparation and submission of visa applications
- Strong Communication and Consulting skills to effectively interact with clients and provide accurate guidance
- Practical knowledge of immigration procedures and policies
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage application documentation efficiently
- Proficiency in computer systems and related tools used for document preparation and tracking
- Ability to adapt to regulatory updates and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Public Administration, or Law is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role in the travel or immigration industry is advantageous
