Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Consultant located in New Delhi. The Visa Consultant will assist clients with processing travel visas, resolving immigration-related issues, and providing expert guidance on complex visa requirements. The individual will also communicate effectively with clients, deliver tailored consulting services, and ensure a smooth visa application process. Attention to detail, client handling, and adherence to regulations are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Visas
- Proficiency in Consulting and providing personalized solutions
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Background in handling Immigration processes and policies
- Organizational, multitasking skills, and customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous visa consulting or immigration support experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous
