Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Visa Consultant will support employees and business travelers with end-to-end visa and immigration processes, including documentation, application preparation, and appointment scheduling. Responsibilities include advising internal stakeholders on visa requirements and immigration regulations for multiple countries, monitoring changes in immigration policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The role involves coordinating with embassies, consulates, external agencies, and internal departments to resolve immigration issues efficiently. The Visa Consultant will also maintain accurate records, track application statuses, and provide clear communication and guidance throughout the visa process.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Visas and Immigration, including immigration issues and regulatory requirements.
- Consulting and advisory skills to guide stakeholders on visa options and compliance obligations.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and professionally.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, records, and timelines.
- Experience working with embassies, consulates, or visa agencies is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies and global mobility processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in standard office software and document management tools.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree and prior experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or a related field preferred.
