Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Visa Consultant. The Visa Consultant will assist clients with immigration and visa documentation and processes, provide expert consultation on various visa options, and offer solutions tailored to individual needs. Daily responsibilities may include handling visa applications, communicating with clients to ensure accurate documentation, staying updated on visa and immigration regulations, and offering exceptional customer service to support smooth visa facilitation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Visa and Immigration processes and a strong understanding of immigration issues
- Proficiency in Consulting and advising clients on visa-related matters
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Experience in travel or immigration consultancy is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel Administration, or a related field is advantageous
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an on-site team environment
